Going by the video shared by celebrity chef Saransh Goila, you first need to peel and slice potatoes. Make sure your slices are paper thin. Soak them in ice for about ten minutes, drain and then boil for just about three minutes. Arrange them in a single layer on a tray lined with parchment paper. Wipe off the excess water and now, double-fry the potato chips. Once this process is done, get ready to make the special seasoning. For this, mix parmesan powder, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and curry leaves (dried in the microwave for 3 mins and crushed), sugar powder, salt, amchur and milk powder. Sprinkle this sour cream and onion seasoning over the chips and enjoy!

How to make shakarkandi tikkas? Boil sweet potatoes, peel and cut them into small pieces. Marinate them with a mixture made of hung curd, ginger and garlic paste, jeera powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander powder, kasuri methi, and some salt. Also, add mustard oil and some red chilli powder to it. Dunk sweet potato chunks into the mixture and air fry them at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Prepare a tasty dip and eat this to your heart’s content.
